One of the world's leading security solution companies invited 400 to design and produce their bid document for a prestigious and valuable major sporting event security contract. The document had to present over 300 pages of technical, financial and corporate information in an attractive and accessible way in print and electronic format.
400 commissioned and art directed a unique photo shoot of security-scanned sports equipment to emphasise the rigorousness of our client's products, and used the stunning resulting images as a concept running throughout the document as dividers, backgrounds and cover imagery.
It was important to gain a thorough understanding of the client's company ethos and ensure that their existing brand was fully conveyed through the document design, at the same time as responding specifically to the intricate bid invitation structure.
