UPU Event Graphics

The 24th Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), took place in Geneva and was attended by over 1500 delegates representing the 191 member countries of the organisation.

Royal Mail host a reception at the event and asked 400 to develop a theme, produce signage and graphic walls, as well as printed items such as menus and gift items.

A recent set of stamps celebrating the centenary of Ian Fleming's birth prompted James Bond to be chosen as the theme, and we created a graphic style reminiscent of the distinctive Bond film opening credits, featuring silhouettes and rich graduations of colour.

This style was applied to 14m x 3m feature walls, directional signage and hanging banners to create eye-catching visuals that were engaging and memorable.
