Kings Cross bid document

One Housing Group asked 400 to put together their corporate bid document for the redevelopment of the King's Cross area - a sizeable 7,960,000 sq ft section of land, 40% of which is proposed to be public access. One Housing Group are bidding to work with Argent, the developers, on the affordable housing sections of the site, and therefore needed to have a professional and serious, but approachable and friendly document.

Armed with a whole bank of unique photography and CGI's, we used the theme of progressive development in the copy to flow through in the visuals and colour palette. Starting with construction images and industrial colours, the document moves sequentially through to brighter and more optimistic themes, demonstrating the potential of One Housing Group's plans.

To finish it all off nicely, each document is printed on 100% recycled stock in line with One Housing Group's sustainability objectives, and presented in a die-cut box with space for accompanying documentation.

"First feedback said the impact of our presentation was key in the decision to award work to One." - Client comment
