Arlington branding

With a £20million refurbishment of the iconic London homeless hostel Arlington House and a new 21st century strategy for the building underway, One Housing Group needed a strong brand initiative to match.

The building's historical reputation needed to change in line with the forward-thinking renovation which was focused on providing quality accommodation for vulnerable individuals as well as social and commercial enterprises that would provide routes back into society for residents.

Our challenge was to create a distinctive brand to reflect this new mixed community, the ground-breaking approach to tackling London homelessness, and the physical attributes of the building itself. The multi-faceted mark that we developed captures how the different tenures will work in harmony to create a bold, vibrant hub for housing and enterprise.
