Cemmap identity

The Centre for Microdata Methods and Practice, an ESRC Research Centre, approached 400 to create a new visual identity that would confidently reflect their expertise and provide the foundations for their plans to expand their reach in the academic community.

We combined bold typography with an adjustable graphic device to reference their area of expertise, the development and application
of methods for the modelling and measurement of behavioural patterns.

Following the rebranding we undertook a review of Cemmap’s existing website, streamlined the content and developed a new structure to improve ease-of-use. An improved layout and colour-coding system was introduced to compliment the brand and aid visitors’ navigation
