One Housing Group Aspiration Age brochure
Funded by the Housing Corporation, One Housing Group has investigated how older homeowners can use equity to maximise their retirement housing options. 400 was approached to design the report of their findings, titled Aspiration Age. A 12 page summary was produced initially, providing background to the research and an overview of the project in a reader-friendly format, followed by an 84 page full report.
We emphasised OHG's role in the project through dynamic application of their identity, and used colour-coding and alternative paper weights to clearly define each section. Bold typography and large imagery provide an aspirational feel that is sympathetic to the subject of social housing for the over 50s. Digital print and high quality FSC stocks reinforce OHG's environmental credentials without compromising production quality.

One Housing Group Kings Cross bid document
One Housing Group asked 400 to design the bid document for their tender to deliver the affordable housing for Kings Cross Central,
one of the most significant development and regeneration projects in Europe.
The document needed to be highly professional, accessible and had to stand out from the competition. Packaged in a durable slipcase,
the hard-backed document and magazine file for supplementary material reflected the high profile of the project and presented the extensive content of the bid in an easy-to-use, visually appealing format.
Text, photography, CGIs and technical information are complimented by a visual representation of the progressive development proposed
in the bid. Starting with images of construction and industrial colours, the document moves sequentially through to brighter and more
aspirational content, demonstrating the potential of One Housing Group's plans.
