To appeal to first time owners a contemporary look was created for MHO’s newest development, Princes Square. The brochure and website used solid blocks of colour, aiding navigation by colour coding sections of information. The square shape of the brochure is repeated in the pocket of the folder, cut slightly shorter than full width so that the name on the brochure is visible. The friendly, conversational tone of the copy ties into the design concept and conveys the Prince’s Square fashionable yet easy-going approach to fast-paced London living.
The micro-site, www.princes-square.co.uk, has an easy to use navigation system, downloadable PDF price list, flash generated interactive floor plans and key community and corporate information. The branding was also extended to signage, floor plans, advertising, mailer and price lists.
