January | 400 designs Internal Presto Launch for Dell
When Dell came to us to launch the PanEMEA Presto internal awareness campaign we decided to create a campaign that revolves around the key selling proposition, ‘PC Problems Solved’. Puzzles and games were created in Flash and sent to Dell staff. The games engaged and educated players by re-iterating the problem-solved theme, while managers tracked employee involvement through an on-line, access-managed database. Prizes were distributed based on the results; winners received Presto branded incentive gifts that serve as useful keepsakes during and after launch week to ensure that the event’s message has a lasting effect.
To keep the launch look and feel consistent, the existing branding and photography of the external campaign was utilized and complemented by specifically developed icons. Serving as graphic interpretations of the photography, the icons were designed to be easily identifiable symbols of the frustration/satisfaction and problem/solution themes. Launched in 3 languages and 8 countries: double-sided hanging banners, posters and 6ft standing banners complemented the interactive online and branded incentives campaign.
