To appeal to MHO’s trendier homebuyers MHO@Riverside needed a contemporary
edge.
Featuring large images, small blocks of text and a neutral muted colour scheme,
a
postcard-style and photography focused campaign was designed to highlight the
beauty
of the area. The end result is a campaign with a picture book quality that
highlights
the
areas country/contemporary culture. The branding theme was
extended
to the mailer,
price list, floor plans, elevation
plans, micro-site, folder, stickers and
signage. All paper
printing was produced
on recycled paper stock.
