MHO and 400 came together to brand Cavell House as a modern solution for trendy hipsters interested in home ownership. 400 created a campaign using signage including a poster, floor plans, advertising, brochure, mailer and price lists that clearly communicates MHO initiatives.
The concept reflects diversity through eclectic collage, a minimalist and vibrant colour palette, and copy that is formatted as email conversation to accentuate the Cavell House mind-body-spirit approach to London living.
