With an eye on budget and tight deadlines, Canalside Housing Partnership came to 400 looking to market three new developments on a landmark regeneration site in Hackney.
To make the most of their budget, we designed an overarching branding theme, with sub brands to tailor marketing material for each individual building.
Using colourful photo collage and bright complimentary colours, the document was set in a grid structure with an evolving graphic device that runs through all the marketing material.
As a cost effective solution that can be quickly and easily updated, the A5 landscape brochure, site specific and generic signage, ad templates and posters follow a contemporary and adaptable design scheme that anchors the branding and embodies the diverse community.
