September 2007 | 400 on a blind date!


The Guardian newspaper recently initiated a ‘blind-date’ type programme that 400
were invited to be a part of. The idea behind it is to give graduates some experience
in interview situations for entry-level positions, and for them to gain some valuable
feedback on their performance and work. We were sent the CV and portfolio of Chris
Miller, who was to be our date for the afternoon.


It’s not often we get romantic interest, so there were a few sweaty palms and wobbly
knees around the studio, but after the first ten minutes we began to settle down and
